On April 18th began the works of the last big project led by GMD Solutions in Alcorcón, south of Madrid. The development will count with a 2.499m2 supermarket with an outside parking and a 3.000m2 restaurant with an over 6.000m2 underground parking.
The project is entirely developed by promoter Corpfin Capital Retail Parks and will correspond to a large investment. The technical projects are led by our team in collaboration with architect office Arellano Arquitectos.
Once completed, the new area will provide the neighbours from Ensanche Sur with different services no available in a close range so far. Moreover, the project will create employment in a large scale.
